Impressions. Exposure. Impact. Our goal for the Pennsylvania Dutch Country Welcome Center is to actively promote Lancaster County and local businesses on the Internet. We have been doing just that since June 1995. The Pennsylvania Dutch Country Welcome Center includes two websites working together: PaDutch.com and 800PaDutch.com.

These websites are very active in promoting Lancaster County and Lancaster area businesses online.

Potential visitors who are planning a trip here want to know what to do, where to shop and eat, where to stay, etc. Local residents have many of the same questions, plus they want to know about many local services. We provide comprehensive listings of businesses and services available to meet their needs. By advertising on this website you can potentially increase your exposure to people who are looking for just what you have to offer. Our website may not work for everyone. We try to list businesses in as many appropriate pages as is relevant, including topical directories, regional pages, and monthly Calendar of Events listings. We make it easy for site visitors to find the information they want - and we make it easy for them to find you, even if they aren't looking for you! Businesses that have links appear above the listings of businesses without links, providing them better exposure on the page. Link rates vary based upon your annual click-through activity. For first-time participants, we estimate a reasonable expected activity level. Thereafter, your rate would be based upon your actual previous year click-throughs, as follows:

These ads appear at the the top of the appropriate topical Directory Pages. They include a large picture or graphic (maximum size 225 x 150 pixels), your name, address, and phone number, plus a 50-word description of your business. The rate is $540/year on most pages. Regular Photo Ads - (see a sample below for Osceola Mill B&B)
These are our most popular ads. These ads usually appear near the top of each Directory Page (following any Large Photo Ads). They consist of a small photograph or logo (maximum size 150 x 100 pixels), your name, address, and phone number, and a 50-word description of your business. The rate is varies from $85.00 to $285.00/year, depending upon the page or directory. (See details.) You can view additional samples of these ads here.

Line Display Ads -
These ads appear after the Photo Ads (see above) and before the regular links on our Directory Pages. They include your name, address, and phone number, plus a 25-word description of your business or organizaton. The rate is half the rate of Regular Photo Ads - $42.50 to 142.50, depending upon the directory chosen. (See details.) Here is a sample ad:

There are two different kinds of ads on the PaDutch website home page. (Both require the purchase of a Photo Ad and links, too.)
Good 'N Plenty Restaurant
Photo Ads - Your graphic or image, such as the above (max. size 150 x 100 pixels), along with your business name as a text link. These ads are rotated regularly so each ad has a turn at the top. The rate is $650/year.		Small Banner Ads - These ads appear on the home page below the Photo Ads and include a link to your website. The rate is $425/year.

Attract more attention to your property by including a Banner Ad on our most active pages. Banner ads rotate randomly across the top (and often the bottom, too) of over 80 different Directory and Informational pages throughout the site. Your banner will provide an instant link to your website. Banner Ads cost $320/year or $35/month (with a four-month minimum). Banners are standard size of 468 x 60 pixels. Design charges (if any) would be additional, along with a small charge for changing banners during your contract period.

Our coupons are active, and they work! Add your own coupon to our online Coupons listing. All coupons are listed both Topically and Geographically. We can either link to a coupon on your website or include a coupon for you on your own page within our site, along with your Photo Ad (if any) on the same page as a further promotion for you. A special link button advising people of your coupon (

) will be added to each of your listings throughout our site to take people directly to your coupon. The rate for a coupon is $144 for 6 months or $252 for a year. (There will be a small charge of $15 any time we have to make changes to your coupon.) To submit your coupon or coupon changes, you can use our online coupon submission form.

Put your own video spot or video footage online! We'll encode your video commercial spot and put it on our website along with links to that spot from every listing we have for your business throughout the site. The introductory rate for this online video service is $300 for a 30-second spot for a year. (There would be additional charges for longer spots, for changing a spot during the year, and for production charges to produce a video spot.) Here are some samples.
